Quiet Storm Flow
Online Yoga Class
Quiet Storm Flow is a slower, grounded approach to movement inspired by the tradition of Quiet Storm R&B. Historically, Quiet Storm radio was created as a space for softness, emotional depth, and ease. This class carries that same intention into the body, offering movement that feels steady, calming, and supportive rather than rushed or demanding.
This is an all-levels yoga practice. You do not need prior experience, flexibility, or strength to attend. The class is designed to meet you where you are and allow you to move in ways that feel accessible and honest.
Quiet Storm Flow is especially for people who have been feeling overworked, burnt out, or stretched thin. It is for those who carry tension from long days, full schedules, and constant expectations. It is for anyone who knows they need rest, but wants rest to feel embodied rather than passive.
Set to the steady rhythms associated with Quiet Storm R&B, the practice focuses on grounding the body and calming the nervous system. Attention is given to areas that often hold stress, including the hips, spine, and lower back, while encouraging breath awareness and ease throughout the body.
This is not a performance-based class. There is no pressure to push, keep up, or achieve a certain shape. Quiet Storm Flow is an invitation to slow down, move with intention, and allow movement to feel like care.
